PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY & TIMESHARING
Florida law requires parents to work out a detailed comprehensive parenting plan which clearly defines parental responsibility and specifies time-sharing arrangements. Florida law and the courts acknowledge and emphasize how important it is for both parents to be actively involved in the lives of their children. Therefore, this Parenting Plan must be in the best interest of the children as well as work for both parents.
