Postnuptial Agreements
Postnuptial Agreements are similar to Prenuptial Agreements as they are also complex contracts which address what happens in the event of a divorce and death of either party, except that it is created during the marriage. It carries many of the same numerous requirements including but not limited to both parties making full financial disclosure of assets and liabilities, no fraud or duress may occur, and each party must have the opportunity to have independent legal counsel.
