Parenting Plans
Florida law requires parents to work out a detailed comprehensive Parenting Plan that clearly defines parental responsibility as well as specifies a time-sharing schedule and resolves all issues regarding the minor child(ren). Florida law and the Courts acknowledge and emphasize how important it is for both parents to be actively involved in the lives of their child(ren). Therefore, the Parenting Plan must be in the best interest of the child(ren) as well as work for both parents.
