Mediation
Mediation is an opportunity, sometimes mandatory, to settle your dispute(s) through negotiations facilitated by a neutral mediator. We can further explain the mediation process to you as well as the benefits. A mediator can identify promising avenues of agreement or compromise and build toward a negotiated agreement on the foundation of common interest. Depending on the County where your dissolution of marriage or paternity case is pending, it may be necessary to attend mediation more than one time before you are permitted to go to trial.
